Every shade is hand-spun in our Carrum Downs workshop — shaped on a lathe, not pressed in a die. We work in aluminium for three reasons:
G1 Gooseneck Arm – 14 1/4″ Projection ships IP44-rated as standard — covered outdoor, alfresco, and bathroom installs all handled. Step up to the IP55 Beacon Caged (formerly Atomic) Pro Upgrade for exposed coastal façades or any wall that gets pressure-washed regularly. Glass enclosure must be installed for IP55 to apply.

Our ability as a manufacturer is to supply you with options, far exceeding your local lighting store. Have you purchased a wall light, and would have loved it to be a pendant instead, or decided it was too big on first impressions and needed to downsize? We can offer you this service, and a touch more. We offer no charge to down-size the shade, however charge the cost of the difference (ie $20) plus freight incurred by us as a courtesy. Every part here is made or finished in our Carrum Downs workshop — tube bent on our own hydraulic bender, plates and fittings cast or machined, then powdercoated in the same booth as the light they hold. Aluminium wherever it can be, steel where the job needs it. Powdercoat seals the metal so the fixing stays sound outdoors, and because everything is finished to order you can match your fitting exactly or contrast it on purpose.
Arms, backing plates, canopies, guards and glass are all made in the same workshop to the same mounting standard — 25 mm across most of the range, 20 mm for the petite arms and wall lights. Check which one your fitting uses before you order.
