If you are not an Electrical Wholesalers – No. We’re not opening new 30-day accounts. The materials side of our work makes extended credit harder for us to absorb than for most suppliers, and we’d rather keep pricing sharp for everyone than build bad-debt cost into our margins.

For existing 30-day account holders:

• Standing credit limit: AU$2,000
• Larger projects: 20% non-refundable deposit to begin manufacturing; balance due when goods are ready for dispatch
• A heads-up on timelines helps us prioritise your run

One-off projects: 20% non-refundable deposit to begin, final payment on dispatch.

For Electrical Wholesalers – Our immediate credit limit is AU$2,000 (Read: Can I have a 30-Day Account).

The cost of offering credit negatively impacts our cashflow more than other businesses due to the cost of materials involved.

If you’ve got a large project. We’ll start manufacturing with a 20% deposit (non-refundable) with the balance once goods are ready for despatch.

We’d prefer to be aware of timelines where accessible so we can prioritise manufacturing.

No. We do not supply any Light Bulbs unless they are directly quoted as a separate line item. If unspecified, you’ll need to supply your clients with E27 Base Light Bulbs to a maximum of 60W

Our products only take Edison Screw / ES bulbs unless otherwise ordered with GU10 (JAM Lighting / Elettra Lighting)
If you would like to order globes with your nominated fixtures, please advise us in your email/phone call.

We’re a lighting manufacturer, not a globe manufacturer thus don’t specialise in LED globes. More often than not, your existing contacts will have cheaper bulbs than we can supply at cost. If the customer desires to source our bulbs, direct them to VintageLED.com.au for a high quality LED bulb supplier if they don’t otherwise want to order through Barn Light.

10-14 Business days is our standard lead-time. Custom colours and special built-to-order items can take much longer. Certain powdercoat colours are completed on a weekly basis which can decrease the manufacturing time. 

We’ll give you an idea at the time you enquire, however please keep in mind that as a manufacturer, we cannot guarantee lead-times on quotations/RFQ’s that have not been placed and/or are without a Purchase Order.

Dependant on stock levels (and demand) we can typically rush the following colours

All-Over Metallics (Burnished Copper / Tiberius / Venerable Silver).

Black Ace where stock is on the shelf and available to ship.
