We discount on quantity, not at flat wholesale rates. Bigger orders, better pricing — the tiers are explained once you’re approved.

3-year warranty on everything, with replacement parts kept on hand.
Made here, not imported. Nothing comes in from China, Southeast Asia, or India – Prepacked in a box ready for retail sale. We quite literally make it with our hands, hence “hand-made”
Finishes are powdercoat or galvanised — we offer raw Copper, Brass, and similar metallic finishes as part of the “JAM Lighting” and “Elettra Lighting” ranges, these are typically restricted to existing trade customers of Elettra Lighting (distributors) unless noted otherwise.

We don’t post physical invoices or packing slips — everything’s emailed. For custom work, payment clears before we begin.
