The Dual Arm
One wall plate, two shades. The dual arm is for the jobs a single gooseneck can’t cover — wide signage, long menu boards, a facade that deserves symmetry. Both lamps throw from one mounting point, so you get an even wash across the whole sign without juggling the spacing (or wiring) of two separate fixtures. The standard configuration spans 90cm with a 60cm projection; the extended runs 120cm and 75cm, and the support arm can be rotated before installation for 45-degree angles. Three shades take the dual arm — Original Warehouse, Emblem and Frontier Angle — all hand-spun in Carrum Downs and outdoor-rated as standard.

The classic barn-light silhouette, doubled. With four diameters from 30 to 60cm this is the most flexible of the three — the smaller pairs sit best on the standard 90cm arm span, and stepping up to the extended span keeps the bigger shades in proportion. It’s the pick when the fixture is part of the look: vintage petrol-station style over a roller door, shopfront or shed wall.

The vintage petrol-station dome, made in the 25cm size that Barn Light USA’s decades of sign work settled on as the most popular — larger shades tend to hide the very sign they’re lighting. The shades swivel in and out as well as rotate, so the throw can be tuned onto a menu board or artwork rather than into your customers’ eyes.

An angle shade points its light where you aim it — the face rakes down across the wall for strong directional throw with minimal spill, which makes the dual arm Frontier the gallery and menu-board specialist. The 20cm shades keep the assembly tidy, and with Colorbond colour matching plus the full Dulux powdercoat range it will sit comfortably on any commercial fascia.
