The industrial-style appearance of the Byron is courtesy of its industrial, 4.8mm thick chain suspension and die-casted hardware. Adding the cord of your choice adds a touch of sophistication as the cable weaves between the chain links. Designed for industrial themed environments, or areas that just need some “oomph” – The Byron chain hung ceiling light exudes quality, whether for your home or business, the Byron Coastal Chain Hung Ceiling Light will always make a lasting impression.
The unique benefit of our Chain Hung Pendant is the ability to be “rehooked” the serve the areas purpose, having a windy day and want to reduce the “swinging” of the pendant, simply relink it and drop it when the weather calms down. Perfect for entertaining, whilst keeping all the benefits of vintage and industrial lighting styling.
Every shade is hand-spun in our Carrum Downs workshop — shaped on a lathe, not pressed in a die. We work in aluminium for three reasons:

Our ability as a manufacturer is to supply you with options, far exceeding your local lighting store. Have you purchased a wall light, and would have loved it to be a pendant instead, or decided it was too big on first impressions and needed to downsize? We can offer you this service, and a touch more. We offer no charge to down-size the shade, however charge the cost of the difference (ie $20) plus freight incurred by us as a courtesy. The same hand-spun shade and cast fittings, dropped from a powdercoated 4.8 mm steel chain with the cable threaded discreetly through the links. Choose your drop length and chain finish — black zinc, white zinc, or paint-to-match. IP44 outdoor rated as standard, with a Beacon caged + jelly-jar IP55 upgrade for exposed and coastal positions. We spin the aluminium, powdercoat it and wire it to order in Melbourne.
